| Qualifications: |
- Candidates should possess a terminal degree in biblical, theological, or pastoral studies (Ph.D., Th.D., D.Min, or its equivalent) with experience in academic administration and instruction.
- All candidates must hold to the Protestant evangelical faith as articulated in the seminary's doctrinal statement and embrace the mission and values of Multnomah.
- Strong relational, academic, administrative, and mentoring skills are highly valued, as are aptitudes in organization, written and oral communication, strategic planning, and finances.
- Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
