College Mission – To Prepare World-Class Christian Leaders for Ministry
Position Vision – To identify every person possible in North America and beyond whom God is calling into ministry, to assist them in pursuit of that call, and lead those who are appropriate to attend Bethany Bible College in preparation for a life of ministry – thereby securing consistent institutional enrollment growth.

| Primary Responsibilities: |
- Give dynamic leadership to the admissions and marketing ministry of the college, achieving annual recruiting goals as mutually agreed upon with the president and approved by the board of trustees.
- Develop and maintain an effective and efficient application process including an effective contact system with prospective students in order to consistently achieve monthly admissions contact goals and assist new students through the enrolment process in a timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations of the admissions department, all recruiting activities and events, training and accountability of staff, and admissions representation at enrolment related events.
- Supervise admission personnel and manage the admissions department budget for maximum cost effectiveness.
- Oversee the establishment and coordination of recruitment policies and communications and marketing strategies in order to identify and recruit a well-qualified and diverse applicant pool.
- Develop and manage creative and effective admissions print and electronic publications including integration of website and email marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing program, aggressively expanding the awareness of the ministry and mission of the college across the North American marketplace both within The Wesleyan Church and beyond.
- As chief enrollment officer, serve on the administrative cabinet of the college, assist in the overall mission accomplishment of the institution, report to the president.

- Energetic, confident, positively expectant, self-disciplined professional who is passionately motivated to make a major impact for the global Kingdom of God.
- Person of high capacity, inspired by challenges and multi-tasking, accepts responsibility, initiates action and functions well as a team player, persistent in goal accomplishment, willing to travel, and compelled by the love of God to serve others.
- Person of mature, sound judgment with demonstrated capacity for analytical and creative thinking with humble and reflective self-awareness.
- Developed professional skills and experience to motivate and lead admissions team for consistent goal accomplishment.
- Excellent public speaker and capable writer with knowledge of theological education including competencies and training required for various ministries.
- Experience with student enrolment or customer service software, marketing and sales, management and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred. Five years of related experience and a general record of administrative and professional success.
- Must be or be willing to become a member of The Wesleyan Church.
